I had to say that before finalizing the housing contract with Redbrick I requested quotations from different Construction companies out there for a comparison. I found that there is only 1-2 lakh differences there with the boq they have given me and I decided to start with them because I already got some positive responses about them from one of my friend. From the beginning Lahiru and Chathum involved in the project and this we had many doubts with the brick work since Architect suggested to go with a new brick (Smart Brick) which is not famous at that, to reduce the construction cost.

I had to renovate my house which had small bedrooms and an old fashion layout. My wife always had this idea with her to have a huge living room space with dining space with access to the kitchen. I have known Redbrick since they started their work back in 2020. I didn't have a house plan to start with so I called Lahiru regarding my requirements. He arranged a site visit and started work immediately. I had to say that the effort they put into a project doesn't feel like our project is only another project to them. They put individual attention for every project they do. They have done the 3d model of the new design and had several design meetings to give us what we really wanted. I’m very happy that we were able to do our renovation design with a very reasonable price for the value added for our renovation project. Thank you Redbrick.
